The intermediate meeting of the project was held on May 11 and 13, 2021.
In this meeting, the local coordinators discussed the project progress so far and presented the activities that have already been delivered. The meeting started by the presentation of the coordinator institution and was followed by the partner country institutions. The first day of the meeting was devoted to financial management, consortium members discussed the expenditures of each institution. The second day of the meeting was used to discuss the intermediate report related issues, data gathering and drafting of the supplementary documents, as well as the delays that were caused due to the pandemic. By the end of the meeting the consortium members agreed on a modified timeline of certain activities, travelings and meetings.
The next meeting will take place virtually in July, 2021.
